The Performance Initiative is the research element,
that underpins the Performative Model, Sales Maturity
Assessment and any Performance Improvement Programmes
that we implement for our customers.
A sizeable proportion of the research is specific to selling and business buying behaviour,
other areas deal with the wider issues of performance, such as human performance and
behaviour in the work place, and understanding how people learn.
The Performance Initiative aims to keep abreast of the advances which enable continuous
sales performance improvement.
